NEW: Conscious sedation for fear-free, pain-free dental treatment

Fear of dental procedures is something we often encounter at our Center. Thanks to the experience and expertise of our dentists – and our individual approach to each patient – most people quickly overcome that fear. However, for some, dental phobia is intense. Even the thought of a dental visit can trigger symptoms like rapid heartbeat, high blood pressure, excessive sweating, nausea, and anxiety. These patients often delay or avoid treatment, leading to progressively worse oral health.

To ensure every patient receives a comfortable and painless experience, we’ve introduced a new service: conscious sedation.

This is a modern, simple, and completely safe form of anesthesia that helps patients fully relax and blocks pain perception. It also makes procedures easier and shorter for the dentist.
During conscious sedation, the patient is awake and aware – able to open their eyes, swallow, and respond to questions – but unaware of the passage of time and free from fear or pain.

At the Simić Dent Center for Aesthetic Dentistry, conscious sedation is administered by an experienced anesthesiologist, who first performs a full medical assessment to ensure safety throughout the procedure.

Recovery time is very short – patients quickly return to their daily activities, fully relaxed and with no memory of the dental treatment.
